Wat Nam Khum locates at number 145 Ban Nam Khom, M.3, Sri Nakorn district, Sukhothai province. It lies on a 17-rai2-nyan-44 sq.w land, where the shallow part of Yom river passes. It was built on 1809 with the corroboration of the local people.
The temple received Wisungkhamarsima – the king’s permission for the temple to have the land in was built on permanently – on 23rd August 1934. The first abbot was Pra Sod, and the current abbot is Pra Kru Sutammanurak. The traditions and cerebration often hosted by the temple include Puang Mehod event,Teh Voo Offerings and many others.
